About the Official iCloud Unlock Service

  • This service is an official iCloud unlock service, which enables the device to read SIM cards.
  • Orders without GSX information will not be accepted.
  • Devices in LOST MODE (Lost status) are not supported.
  • The device must be in Clean status.

Waiting Period

Order processing time:

15 – 30 – 45 – 60 days

You are required to wait for a response within this specified period.

If the specified period expires:

  • You must inform us whether you want to continue the process, or
  • Cancel the order.

If you wish to cancel the order, you must wait 7 working days after the deadline.

During this time, a request will be sent to the server, and the refund process to our deposit account will be completed.

Service Costs

Currently, for iCloud unlocking:

  • We spend approximately 50 USD per device.
  • Additionally, an average of 4 days of work is required for each device.

If the device cannot be unlocked, this results in significant losses for us. Therefore, we kindly ask you to understand that this service involves considerable effort and responsibility.

Apple Rejection Case

If the order is rejected by Apple (Case issued) and you wish to continue again:

  • You will be required to wait 6 months.

Additional Requirements

The following condition is mandatory:

  • If Sold by: Apple Store (Owner Information) is not available — the service will not be supported.

Success Probability (By Region)

USA:

  • With owner information — 99%
  • Without owner information — 50% – 80%

Asia Countries:

  • 70% – 85%
  • With owner information — 99%

European Countries:

  • 80% – 90%
  • With owner information — 99%

Arab Countries:

  • 75% – 95%
  • With owner information — 99%

American Countries:

  • 60% – 85%
  • With owner information — 100%

Russia:

  • 50% – 90%
  • With owner information — 100%

Cancellation Before Deadline

If you wish to cancel the order before 60 days:

  • Service expenses will be calculated.
  • At least 30% and up to 50% of the payment will not be refunded.

This is due to the fact that the order process has already started.

Important Notes

  • After placing an order, it is considered that you have read and accepted the rules.
  • Failure to read the rules is the customer's personal responsibility.
  • iCloud unlocking is not a simple service and requires advanced technological processes.

Technical Requirements

After placing an order:

  • It is recommended to check the FMI OFF status of the device.
  • It is not recommended to connect the device to Wi-Fi or leave it powered on.

This is because Apple systems use advanced IP monitoring technologies.
